By using Cijenko, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Cijenko provides

Cijenko independently tracks asking prices found in publicly available property listings and can notify registered users about observed changes. The service is informational only: it does not provide real-estate, legal, tax, valuation, or investment advice, and asking prices are not completed sale prices.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. Do not abuse, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or use automated access against the service except with written permission. Do not use Cijenko unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.

Listings and third parties

Listing information can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or removed at its source. Verify all material facts with the original publisher or appropriate professional. Cijenko does not control and is not responsible for third-party listings, websites, transactions, or services.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, or notification delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cijenko is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to cijenko@proton.me.
